| Hi Pete, I just had to write and say what a wonderful experience it was when I visited you recently and collected my P Mauriat PMXT-66RUL tenor. As I think you already know, I am delighted with the sax but was also blown away by your attitude and service. It was quite literally 'a breath of fresh' air to be helped by someone who was not only keen to help and understand me but shared my passion for such great instruments too!! Thank you - and thanks for the free 'performance' as well. I am sure other people pay good money to listen to such good playing. I am sure you would say it's all just part of your friendly service but it was way above my expectations and far beyond the service offered by most other dealers. I look forward to visiting you again when I am after the matching alto!! Keith |
